Your unique personality

No matter what is bothering you, I am interested in who you are, with your unique strengths, interests, and struggles. Everyone lives out their problems and their solutions in their own way, and I believe that any truly successful learning, change or healing has to be rooted in who you are.

To help with that process, I draw on my background in several branches of counselling and therapy, including Jungian psychology, body-centered psychotherapy, and plain old good listening. How exactly we would use any of these ways of working depends on your particular needs, wishes and personality.

A little about me

I am a counsellor in private practice in Victoria, B.C. I have a master's degree in counselling psychology and I am registered with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors.
